The Art of Living Wild: Spring Beginnings

**This will be the first in a series of seasonal gatherings for women and/or anyone looking to connect with rhythms both internal and external.

Join us this Earth Day, April 22, 2017, for a one day women’s retreat, with the option of staying overnight in the retreat house at Buttermilk Falls Farm (Osceola, Wisconsin) on Saturday night.

Here’s a general idea of what we’ll be doing:

The day will start around 9am and programming will run through early evening. All are welcome to stay the night, or you can head home. (BYO breakfast/snacks, personal items, and bedding if you decide to stay the night)

Included in the event will be:
Opportunity to engage in aspects of a gentle Ayurvedic cleanse
Outdoor explorations (to the waterfall and natural spring)
Spring visioning activities
Inspiration to embrace all that the season of spring has to offer

FOOD – We’ll be enjoying a Kitchari bar, a Ayurvedic cleansing porridge.

This is a donations based event – no one will be turned away due to financial need. (to cover costs, the suggested donation is $75-100 for those who are able)

This event is limited to ~10 participants.  We need at least 5 registered participants by the registration deadline for the event to proceed as planned!

The Art of Living Wild: A Summer Retreat for Women

Date: July 1-3rd, 2016.  Join us for a summer firecracker of a retreat at the gorgeous Lily Springs Farm outside of Osceola Wisconsin.

Dance. Use your voice in a way that matters to YOU. Claim your story. Embrace the strength of stillness. Invite healing.

Retreat will run from Friday evening through Sunday later afternoon. Specific times TBD.

Harvest Renewal

Brookings, South Dakota.  Spend a day at Hillside Prairie Gardens at the height of the growing season.  We’ll practice yoga on the deck, harvest our own lunch, do some visioning for the months to come and more.  Leave feeling refreshed, open to possibilities and with your own bag of freshly harvested organic produce.

The details:

September 5th, 2015.  9am-5pm

$50-75 suggested donation.  Lunch will be provided.  Bring your own bag to fill with freshly harvested produce at the close of the retreat.  Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle as well.
