Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• Email-list signups: your email address, the date of your opt-in, and whether you joined through the footer or a Meet & Greet request. Footer signups also record the opt-in wording shown when you subscribe.
• Meet & Greet request information: your name, email address, phone number, scheduling preferences, an optional note, and whether you choose to receive occasional emails.
• Intake information: your preferred name, pronouns, goals, prior experience, areas of interest, and any health, accessibility, sensory, communication, or current-care information you choose to provide.
• Basic technical information: website hosting and security providers may process information such as an IP address, browser or device information, and security logs to operate and protect the site.

How we use information

Wildfire Wellness may use your information to:

• Respond to and manage a Meet & Greet request.
• Prepare for and provide services you request.
• Communicate about scheduling, forms, or your work with Danielle.
• Maintain appropriate business and service records.
• Protect the website, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
• Send occasional updates only when you have affirmatively chosen to receive them.

Health-related and sensitive information

The general Meet & Greet form is not a medical-record or emergency-services portal. Please do not use it to send urgent or highly sensitive medical information. The more detailed intake is made available only after a Meet & Greet is confirmed. Share only information that feels relevant to the support you are requesting.

How information may be shared

Wildfire Wellness does not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that host, maintain, or secure the website and its database, but only as needed for those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or with your direction or consent.

This website does not currently use advertising or behavioral tracking tools. Essential hosting and security technologies may still operate when you visit the site.

Retention and security

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage your request, provide services, maintain appropriate records, resolve concerns, and meet legal obligations. Access to booking and intake records is restricted to the site owner and authorized service providers. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

Newsletter enrollment is optional and is not required to request or receive services. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe, and you may withdraw that choice at any time. You can also ask to leave the list by emailing hello@wildfirewellness.org.

You may also ask to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with your website request. Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required for legal, safety, accounting, or professional recordkeeping purposes.
